Apple makes a spreadsheet program called "Numbers'. However, Microsoft also makes a Mac version of Excel. You can chose which one better meets your needs and budget.

I use both Numbers and Excel for Mac. Numbers is more basic and easier for the casual user, and syncs in real time between any Apple products that are logged into iCloud. Excel is more for power users, and has extensive scripting capabilities missing from Numbers.
