Activity rings
I’ve completed my rings for the whole of this month Feb 18 yet 9th Feb the rings haven’t moved yet below it shows the data to prove I did it. Pics attached

Given the pattern of data that has been recorded per hour across most of the Move and Exercise charts on that day, it may be the case that the data was either added manually or shared to the Health app by a third-party app.
If so, then I suggest consulting the app developer's support resources, including to check for any known issues concerning data recording and syncing, or contacting the developer for assistance.
