Report inappropriate ads on iOS device?

My son was recently playing a game on an iPad. The app is aimed at younger users and rated for ages 4+. While playing the game, an ad popped up with a video that included an animated man and a woman. The video ended with the woman using a magic wand to give the man breasts. The app being promoted is rated for ages 18+ and even displays an "18+" graphic in the video. It seems as though Apple would implement some automatic filtering that would only allow ads to be displayed in apps with the same or lower rating.

I know there is a mechanism for reporting inappropriate apps but what about ads?

I also couldn't find a good community for this post so please move if necessary.
