Where is enable dragging on High Sierra?

Hello! this is driving me insane! I can t select or drag on my MacBook for some weird reason and when i ask for help on the internet, I am told to go to System Preferences/Trackpad/Enable dragging. I dont have that option on my mac!!!

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)

OK.

You have Trackpad preference pane opened.

Please try opening the Accessibility pane of System Preferences.


System Preferences > Accessibility
