while using the weather app on iOS 11.2.6 on a iPhone X zip code brings up wrong city

using the weather app, on a iPhone X, my zip code 91367 and it shows as Woodland Hills, CA but once I click it it goes from Woodland Hills to Los Angeles... it isn't LA nor would have the same weather as LA during the summer it could vary 10+ degrees and its actually cloudy right now not sunny (Woodland Hills in next to Calabasas) but if its using location services and in the city it does come up as Woodland Hills (not LA)... anyone know how to fix it?
