If I am understanding your post correctly, you are missing the music from your library. I know it is important to be able to have access to your music library. I'll be happy to help with this. What I'd like to have you do is to make sure that you are signed into the same Apple ID that you use for Apple Music. Also that you have Apple Music and iCloud Music Library both turned on in Settings.
Make sure that you're signed in to all of your devices with the Apple ID that you use for your Apple Music subscription.
Go to Settings > Music, then tap on both iCloud Music Library and Show Apple Music.
Turn on iCloud Music Library
Then give it a few minutes to upload and see if your music has reappeared in the library.
