i think my phone and mac was hacked through and i believe it was done through my apple id. cant change it for 90 days??

It's pretty tough to hack a Mac without physical access and it's not possible to hack an iPhone unless it's jailbroken. However, if you want to change your Apple ID, you should be able to do that What do you mean by 90 days?
