APPLE: please add more rules to iCloud Mail

If you're reading this...

Please add more rules to iCloud Mail. With a single rule, I'd like to (a) send myself a text "Important Email arrived.", (b) move the email to a folder, and either (c) mark it read or (d) flag it.

For me, the current list of actions that can be performed on a message is a built limiting.

ALSO, I'd like to be able to use boolean AND OR operators in the message-selection part (the IF part of the IF-THEN algorithm). For example, IF sender = johndoe@theworld.net AND subject includes "Your receipt" THEN do actions a/b/c.
