There are no 11" MacBooks, perhaps you have a 11" MacBook Air. If so, there is a seperate forum area for MacBook Airs.
In any case, you would need to make an appointment with the Genius Bar at an Apple Store. You're not talking to Apple here, just other Mac users like yourself.
