I have tried Dropbox, which was downloaded from ITunes. Unfortunately, I was charged for several times. How can I refund my money back?

If it shows multiple charges on your iTunes account's purchase history (i.e. they aren't just : About payment card authorisation holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support) contact iTunes Support via your purchase history, the emailed receipt, or 'contact Support' at the top right of every page on here.
