My new IPad 9.7 2017 keeps moving on its own.
My IPad has a mind of its own, because it keeps moving by itself. I would be typing in Microsoft Word, on looking at my settings, and it’ll start changing and moving on its own.

Thank you for contacting Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems like the iPad is responding as if the screen is being touched when you are not touching it. One thing you may want to do first is restart the iPad. Also, make sure the screen is clean of debris or oils.
