Why do I keep getting charge for iTunes ?
Please contact me in regards to iTunes charges. It is $1.50 a month.

I assume that you've gone through the page that you posted from and looked at the purchase histories on your computer's iTunes of all iTunes accounts linked to the card and not found it on any of them, in which case you should be talking to the card issuer
