Impossible to mount Bootcamp partition (Sierra) ! Help please !!

I had a working Bootcamp partition on my iMac mi-2011 21.5 , but after upgrading to Sierra the partition was not visible anymore and cannot be mounted (and First Aid doesn't work)

Disk Utils shows the partition greyed, named: --

The original name of the volume was BOOTCAMP i think ..

My diskutil :

Diskutil cs (no corestorage found) :

And fdisk :

Any help would be immensely appreciated. Thaaaanks guys <3

There is a large gap between GPT4 and GPT5. Can you post the output of

sudo dd if=/dev/rdisk0s5 count=1 2>/dev/null | hexdump -C

This will show us the first block of the NTFS header.

And before this i found a recovery folder and a System Volume Information in the last partition (921600 sectors)
