iPad Pro Screen Irregularly Unresponsive

I have an iPad Pro, up to date on all OS, less than three months old. The last few days, I’ve noticed that the screen becomes unresponsive every few minutes or so. It happens on all parts of the screen, while scrolling, using the keyboard, any sort of touch screen use is impacted. It lasts for a few seconds, then go back to working. It’s getting immensely frustrating. I hope is a software bug, or something like that. I’ve turned the iPad off, checked for updates, I don’t know what else to do!

Is anyone having this issue? Does anyone have a fix? Please help.
