I have been trying to change my Apple Music subscription to a student I accidentally put my email in wrong .Now I can’t change it

Apple Music student subscription So I have currently use the same email for school as my Apple ID email as well . I wanted to change my subscription plan from regular individual to student since I am now a freshman in college. Id like to switch my apple music to a student account I didnt know that you can have a student rated apple subscription and id like to switch it but it said my email is taken when i tried to verify i was a student. Im awful with technology so please bare with me.
