Finder Flashing and Safari Quit Unexpectedly

My finder keeps flashing and no icons will appear on my macbook air for the past couple of days but if i sign in as a guest it works fine.

Now there is a new one Safari quit Unexpectedly but that would show the icons so it just keeps alternating between the 2 as in Finder Flashing then Safari flashing.

Finder starts to glitch more often Finder recently started to have these glitches: left side of menu bar (at the top of the screen) fails to work. while I am on other apps and attempt to click it, it will immediately change to Finder's menu. However, none of the menu options will be clickable. desktop icons will be shown over other apps' open windows. menu bar shows that I am on Finder. Not sure what exactly triggers these glitches. Force quitting/restarting Finder or restarting my mac does help, but the glitches will come up again later on, so these are just temporary fixes. I am on macOS Monterey version 12.1.

Safari and Finder spinning wheel after startup Hi, if I start my iMac, and try to launch Safari or Finder, then Finder opens, but if I click on any folder or file, it starts to beach balling. In case of Safari I need to wait, it not responds for seconds, and after this hanging it starts suddenly. When Safari starts to work, Finder's spinning wheel disappears and vice versa. During Safari and Finder are hanging, other apps can be launched without problem. Any idea? Here is my EtreCheck report:
