How to stop the issue ?

In having the uk texting issue (( 00447860015024 and tow similar numbers )) im using an iphone6 model A1586,,

Got sealed n a box from on of the best dealers n town use it with my ‘mobily’ carrier 🇸-1F1E6;

No facetime supported n the device and turned off iMessages,,

Still loosing all my credit on a silly international text that do nothing?????

If turning off the iMessages and FaceTime is the solution,

And for the other solution i have read here saying(( contact ur carrier and make sure they support these services ))

Well,, THEY DONT.

And still paying for international texts.

Switch iMessage/FaceTime OFF.

Note: International SMS is send to the iMessage server to connect you.

iPhone supported carrier waived the charges, ask your carrier.

You bought a used phone (anyone can seal a box) that is probably tied to another country. If your carrier is not an official apple carrier, or doesn't support that particular model iPhone, there is nothing that can be done.

I bought it from an authorized agent ( extra electronics ) they dont sell used phones.

But how do i know if my carrier supports the model i have and to which country my phone tie to?

I can't find anything that says they are an authorized reseller. Do you have a link from Apple that says this?

What is the Model number of the phone? Settings > General > About > Model

And have you checked your warranty coverage here: Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support

I contact carrier complaining about the cridet i lost due to INTERNATIONAL TEXTS and they have no idea about anything all they are saying is these messages sent from my phone and i should pay for it ,, and i only can create a complain request that will be responded at n a lifetime if they ever respond.

That is an iPhone originally sold in the middle east and it does not support FaceTime and in your case iMessage since you are not attempting to use it in the area where it was intended to be used. You will always be charged for those text messages. Return the iPhone and get your money back.

3 months ago would be December. The warranty started on that phone on August 3, 2017.

Yes you can and each time that you use it you will be charged for the authorization text message by your cell provider. And you also will not be able to use FaceTime. That phone was not intended for use in the UK. Return it and get your money back.

Mobily have no idea about imessages activation charges and they are pretty sure that i SENT the texts and im PAYING for it and they have been taking most of my cridet ever since i bought this phone on aug2017 and ur right 7 long months just felt like 3-5 to me xd

Warranty coverage is active untill 2 of August 2018 i just check it with the serial number

But when im on wifi i can send imessage,, in the receiver it shows that the sender is my email address which is the same as apple id

That would put your purchase in October. If you purchased it on August 3, 2017 that would be 7 months ago. You don't have a receipt for your purchase?
