My iPhone has no storage left.

I have recently been unable to send or receive text messages. All of my text history is gone as are my photos. My phone will not hold on to a password and will not sync with iTunes or allow me to login to my iCloud. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to restore my phone to full function again? Thank you.
