Movie rentals not showing up
going to iTunes, rent movies, get charged, but they never show to view/watch. Going on for several months.
iPad Mini Wi-Fi, iOS 11.2.5
How have you let it go on for several months? I wouldn't rent a second until I had resolved the problem with the first that failed to arrive. Use the Report a Problem pages to contact the iTunes Store support team.
