Safari 10.13.3 update

After 10.13.3 update safari no longer displays texts or links properly. Cannot open links. Went to download google chrome and “button” to download does not do anything as it should start download. Can not access University links after signing into University page. Running macOS High Sierra 10.13.3 everything was working perfectly until I downloaded & restarted around 4 pm mountain time...


Have to submit this on my iPhone because it will not work on my Mac.
