February Challenge

I’ve been working on the Feb Challenge all month which is burn an average 795 calories a day. Oddly, on the last day of the challenge, my results are stuck at 794 average and it won’t move despite another day of activity today. I can see in the Health app, my avg is 812 for the month. Despite my exiting and re-entering the app and turning my phone off and back on, my avg in the watch app won’t budge. This watch has helped me to significantly improve my health so while it’s not the end of the world not to get a “silly badge”, I’m a little disappointed to have worked to achieve this every day. Any ideas?

Hi

If you have met the requirements for an Activity Challenge, but the achievement has not yet been awarded, then Apple advises that you should allow nine days for it to be awarded:

Earn Activity achievements using your Apple Watch - Apple Support

The following steps may also help:

If you have not yet done so, then update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest software, starting with your iPhone:

Check your personal information:

Unpair and re-pair your Apple Watch:

If the issue then persists after waiting for nine days, then I suggest that you contact Apple Support for assistance:
