Question: iPhone is offline and last location was not enabled, can I still find it?

My iPhone 7s has been missing for about two monthphone and my current phone, but last location was not enabled on the lost phone. It shows up as offon my Find My iPhone. The phone has been dead for some time now. Is there a way I can locate the last location it was at with it being more than 24 hours and it being dead?
