Pre-ordered movie does not show up?

I pre-ordered a movie and now it’s 2 days past its release date, but my movie isn’t showing up both in purchases and downloads. I tried clicking the link that came in my email, but when I clicked, it says “Failed to connect to iTunes Store”. But I checked on my account that I do have it pre-ordered. I have more than enough balance in my account, so why am I not getting my movie?
