Activity app glitching

My monthly activity achievements keep glitching, not allowing me to get the reward even though I have done the achievements. For example this month I have to do an average of 149 minutes of exercise a day. According to the app I have already done 3914 minutes today?!? Is there a way to fix this?

I understand from your post the monthly achievements are glitching and are not rewarding you with the badges you have earned.

Have you tried unpairing the Watch with your iPhone and repairing it?
Unpair your Apple Watch and iPhone

If that doesn't work, can you tell us which Apple Watch Series you have?
Identify your Apple Watch
