Activity app glitching

My monthly activity achievements keep glitching, not allowing me to get the reward even though I have done the achievements. For example this month I have to do an average of 149 minutes of exercise a day. According to the app I have already done 3914 minutes today?!? Is there a way to fix this?

Activity app creating easy goals and not receiving achievements Since November 2018, my activity app has been setting some extremely low monthly goals. November it set for me to reach my move goals 3 times in the month. I achieved it of course and received that achievement. December however set 0 and now January set for me to reach exercise goal one time. So far this month I have already done it both days however it’s still saying I haven’t achieved it. Just wondering how I get it back to more challenging goals and how to keep it working properly.
