Will someone help me with this Malfunction?

I have the iPhone 8 Plus

11.2.6

I have done all resets possible including factory reset as new iPhone.

Freezing is still happening during videos

Screenshots still having issues.

Soft reset every 48 hours sometimes less..

Apple ran a test but there’s is nothing wrong with my phone at all..

What can I do?

Maybe I factory reset the wrong way some how?

Help me 😩

I do not want a replacement unless very necessary 😩
