I have service with Tmoblie and i pay an extra 15 for apple care. so if i cracked my screen on the corner can I take it to Apple and get charged less tham other places

I pay $15 for AppleCare with T-Mobile I cracked my screen on the corner I want to know how much I will be charged if I take it in to Apple because when I tried to send it over the mail it said I needed to pay about $400 when I was told I will only paid around 30

AppleCare costs much more than $15. So you have omitted some critical facts.

Ask T-Mobile, as Apple would not sell you AppleCare for $15.
