Internatiinal SMS charges

My service provider is Airtel India and I am being charged international sms charges every month.Service provider states these are Apple charges being paid to London for FaceTime /imessage charges.I never had FaceTime as this handset was purchased from Apple stores UAE and iMessage is kept off.

Kindly advice.
