Unauthorised payment deduction of 919 rs

I have deleterd the app of vpn the app charges me a monthly suscribtion of 919 rs ehithout any notice information or any conformation i have deleted app 2-3 hours after installation 2 weeks back

Deleting an app does not halt the subscription charges. You need to follow the instructions here.
