If I want to delete photos from iCloud Photos, does someone know a way to select all and delete them?
I have backup the library and disconnected my Photos App on my iPhone and Mac, but was looking for a way to do it on the iCloud website?
iMac, macOS Sierra (10.12.6)
The Select feature was remove awhile ago. The only way I am aware of is to do a manual delete at iCloud.com/Photos. Hold down the command while selecting the photos. Then click the Trash Can. You can also try selecting a moment, then click the Share button, and then cancelling the Share. The photos should remain selected.

Found the best way in the end was to create a new user on my computer, sign in with iCloud, select iCloud Photos and optimise for storage option. I then let the thumbnails all appear. I could then select (Cmd-A) all photos and delete them.
Afterwars I just deleted the user account from my machine.
The Cmd and select option in iCloud.com/Photos did not appear to work.
