New to Watch, how to get challenges
Hello. I'm just learning the ins and outs of the Apple Watch. How do I ensure I will get the monthly challenges and when do they usually arrive? Thanks.

Activity app challenges are notified via Notification Centre, which is opened by swiping down on the watch face when viewing the time (a red dot on the watch face indicates that alerts are awaiting your attention):
See and respond to notifications
They can also be checked via the Achievements tab in the companion Activity app on your paired iPhone. Tap on the badge to view the details for the challenge. Monthly challenges become available in the Activity app on the 1st of each month:
