how I can activate the FTDI driver

my System is OS 10.13.3

I have downloaded the FTDI Driver 2.4.2 from http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm

after installation, the driver works as well

after shutdown and the following newstart, the driver is still installed but "not loaded"
