iPhone Homescreen notifications text box too small

Hi,

I have an annoying problem on my iPhone 7 - most, thought not all, notifications on the home screen are published in a box that is too small for the text. Photo below.

I can't find any advice on how to solve this on the web. The software is the latest version of iOS11

Text notifications not lighting up iPhone 13 locked screen I've just got the new iPhone 13, updated it to the most recent iOS (iOS 15.0.1). In the past, usually the notifications light up the phone and makes a sound when I get them whenever my phone is locked. However, for some reason, whenever I get a new text, my phone doesn't light up anymore or make any sound. How can I fix a large gap in my Notification Center in iOS 15? Often I see this gap between notifications in Notification Center. I’m not sure how to fix it - maybe there’s an app that’s creating notifications that are subsequently being “hidden” but leaving the gap behind? I’ve rebooted but the problem keeps returning. Any ideas?

thanks for your suggestion - as it's a 4 hour job to restore dozens of apps and all my data etc I'd like to be sure that's going to work, Can you give me a reason why you are suggesting a factory restore? Thank you
