I am having issue downloading/ updating my application - each time I try to download/ update an APP, it says: ''Your payment method was declined.

Please click billing info and update your payment information. If you cancel you may not be able to buy until this billing issue has been resolved.''

I keep getting same problem whether I use my current Master card and, or even if I use the normal free billing option.
