Question: Apple Music won’t download.

I’ve been on the student subscription of Apple Music for over two years and today I switched to the one that my phone company gives when you sign up (5 months free). My account on my phone carrier app says it’s active and it’s meant to be the full standard subscription, but almost all my songs have grayed out and I’m unable to redownload them, when I try it shows the download wheel next to the song for a few seconds and then returns to the cloud with the arrow through it. How do I fix this??? TIA!

PS I have my iCloud Apple Music setting turned on, I’ve tried in WiFi and cell data, my phone company has confirmed its active.

Hello aepag21

First of all please delete all previously downloaded songs.

Sign out of your account (settings>itunes&app store>click on apple id)

after that reset your network settings from (Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings)

then again sign in...turn on your icloud library and automatically download my itunes data from setting.
