My iPad ia disabled. What to do

I haven’t been using my iPad for a few months. Now it says it’s disabled. I tried “find iPhone” app. I tried to “erase” iPad from the “lost mode” but it doesn’t want to do anything because iPad doesn’t see internet connection. Than I pushed “to extract” iPad and now the application does really see my iPad at all. What to do, help me please
