I have an app that is greyed out!

I cant do anything with this app. What can I do to fix it. I have tried to uninstall it, reboot my device and reinstall it but nothing works.

iPod touch, iOS 9.3.5

Apphas disappeared from the list for my iPhone I had an App loaded on my phone. I went to uase it this A.M. and it failed. I uninstalled it and went to thw App Store to search and try installing again; it did not appear in my search. I even tried iTunes, same reault. What happened? Help please??
