Forgot icloud password and trusted phone is no longer in use

Hi, I have changed my trusted phone number which was an IPhone (and no longer have access to it). How do I change to my new trusted phone number as I have forgotten my ICloud password and cannot access my account without a trusted phone number. The new phone is an Android. Many thanks
