Iphone Device Info completely incorrect

Hi, My I have an iPhone 6s but when I go to my Device Info it shows that I have an iPhone 6 plus, and also that phone number is wrong. I checked the IMEI number that was listed and it is showing NOT blacklisted. The phone works and my husband got it for me a few months ago and it came in the original box.

Is someone else's iCloud linked to my phone. Why would it show completely incorrect info?
