Hello,
This forum is not an Apple office, it is just for users like yourself. Not having a network may be a problem with your carrier. Try to contact them.
You could also try Apple Support. Contact - Official Apple Support
Even many of my colleagues are facing major network issue since we have upgraded our phones. People having an android phones had 4 bar network (full) where as our devices said no network.
Solutions that helped some of us were
1) Reset Network Settings (Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings)
2) Remove sim card (if any), cleaning and reinsert.
3) Restore completely solved my issue personally.
