When will IOS 10 be available for ipad mini? I've always been able to use the EBay app on my mini iPad but now I got a message telling me I need to update the app. Tried but then get told hat I need IOS 10 but then get informed that is not available yet. 😡

1st gen iPad Mini cannot be upgraded any higher than iOS 9.3.5.
Its hardware is no where near powerful enough to handle iOS 10 or 11.
The hardware in the 1st gen iPad Mini is near equivalent to a 2011, 2nd generation iPad which to say is 7 year old technology.
If you want a more recent iOS to run more up to date apps, then you need to purchase a new or “newer“ used or refurbished iPad model.
That older eBay app should still work regardless of the update message eBay keeps sending with the older version of the app.
The version you are currently using should still work as it always has.
