Remote desktop keeps on use ram

Hi.

I'm running Remote desktop 3.9 to control some of my servers.

Starting from 10.13.3 update i've noted that, even if doing nothing strange Remote Desktop eats all my ram, fills my swap and my imac slows down.

I've looked at the logs and i see nothing strange. Does anyone had issue like this
