Update 10.13.3 keeps prompting for update

Where is the system broken? I've gotten notifications at least five times that I need to update the OS. I've done it four times but the APP store doesn't seem to know this. According to About my Mac it is installed. Screenshot attached in case you don't believe me. Very annoying.
