Why is my microphone not working ?

I have an IPhone7+ and ever since I updated to ios 11.2.6 my microphone stopped working and when I plug in my headphones my phone doesnt detect them but it does detect my charger, I’ve restarted it a few times and that’s useless

And also when it turns off or restart the phone it stays frozen on the apple logo and I have to restart it 3 times to get the phone to load up and the microphone works for about 10-15 mins after it starts up
