Hey tttmahtab!

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand you're wondering if there's a way to regain access to your iPhone without restoring, and I just want to be upfront in letting you know there isn't one. Once the password to a device has been guessed incorrectly a certain number of times, it becomes disabled in increasingly large increments (based on the total number of times you've guessed it incorrectly). If you've reached a point where you can no longer continue guessing, the only remaining option is to restore the device. This article explains it in more depth: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

I hope this clears things up for you, but be sure to let me know if there's anything you're unsure of.

Cheers!
