apple id not associated with a content provider

this could be that the USB connection needs to be reset.

i had the same issue and tried to use Itunes connect as a way to load itunes.

then i started getting this same error message.

i could not see my device in itunes on my computer and could not sync or do other tasks.

i followed this advice, reset my usb driver and could see my device on itunes
