MBP2015 Harddrive Issues

Hi, I'm hoping somebody can help me out with my MBP Retina 2015 running High Sierra 10.13.1. I can boot up the Mac just fine but some things have been strange recently.

1) Spotlight search not finding applications.

2) About this Mac > Storage: blank screen

3) Disk Utility: Shows one unmounted harddrive and nothing else (screenshot below)

I have at least 2 partitions, one for bootcamp (Parallels not working but I can still load bootcamp from restart)

4) This is what terminal shows. I don't know what I'm doing in particular but i tried the mount command for several drives and they all timed out.

Any help would be truly appreciated.
