iPhone SE : green and pink lines on display

Last night something happened with the iPhone (SE), it reboots by itself, it's showing green, pink, purple, grey and white lines and I hardly manage to get into iOS. Even if I do, I can stay in it for a very short time because it again reboots.

On the video below I showed what's happening :

I managed to perform a factory reset using iTunes, but the problem remained. So I assume it's something with the hardware as iOS is completely clean.

I also managed to get the error report, so here it is :

Currently it's running fine. I assume it's because I don't use it. But few minutes ago I tried to install some apps and it again started to reboot on its own.

If anyone can help me I would be really appreciated.

Thank you.

UPDATE : I managed to get it to work. BUT... I guess it's something with the graphic chip on the motherboard. I decided to do some test, so I installed Mortal Kombat X and played it for a while and the phone heat went abnormally high. Now it started again with the slightly different problem - this time I do not see any lines on display, it just keeps rebooting by itself after a while. I'll leave it for some time to cool off just to see what's gonna happen.
