Re. Arrange icons
I would like to be able to re arrange the icons in the list and also have the photo dragged to the dock and open in app this way.

You can re-arrange the order of the apps via the 'more' button to the right-hand end of the list (use the icons of the three lines to the right of an app to drag it up/down the list).
