What do you have to do to sign the PDF version of the timesheet prior to submission?

Many PDF viewers include the option to add annotations to a PDF. This can include signing with initials, your name in a script-like font, adding a scanned signature, or writing your signature on the screen in say iOS apps. Perhaps you should ask whoever is providing this timesheet for their advice.
